Marijuana Doctor of Fort Smith Arkansas

Medical Marijuana Evaluations

Medical Marijuana Doctor Arkansas

Initial Evaluation: $120

Annual Renewal: $60

We are located in Fort Smith Arkansas and have Saturday and evening appointments available. We believe we have the best prices in Arkansas.

So  far we have signed about 46 applications over the last year and all have  gone through successfully.  It is a very simple process.

If you already have copies of a record which lists a qualifying condition, then you are ready to go. Call our office or email us for an appointment.  We can also help you obtain copies of your records.

Our contact info is below.

We aren't really comfortable making new diagnoses without previous records although we are willing to consider exceptions in extenuating circumstances.  A VA disability form, Social Security award form, or any type of record from a clinic or medical center which documents your diagnoses will do.

If you are not sure if your condition qualifies, then read the next section.  You may call or email us if you have any questions about your condition.  We are happy to provide advice.  gmail is secure and encrypted and we  permanently delete communications and overwrite free space regularly.

Qualifying Medical Conditions

A medical marijuana doctor in Arkansas may certify you for:

Positive status for human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome

Hepatitis C

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

Tourette’s syndrome

Crohn’s disease

Ulcerative colitis

Post-traumatic stress disorder

Severe arthritis

*Alzheimer’s disease

Cachexia or wasting syndrome

Peripheral neuropathy

*Intractable pain which is pain that has not responded to ordinary medications, treatment or surgical measures for more than six (6) months

Severe nausea

Seizures including, without limitation, those characteristic of epilepsy

Severe and persistent muscle spasms including, without limitation, those characteristic of multiple sclerosis

Any other medical condition or its treatment approved by the Arkansas Department of Health.

We are not at this time able to certify Glaucoma, Alzheimer's, or "intractible pain" unless you have one of the other diagnoses.

Many people prefer more natural treatments than opiate pain medications or benzodiazepines. Alternative medical centers can be helpful in this regard. Marijuana may be a safer alternative compared to other scheduled medications, especially in regard to dependency, withdrawal, and overdose risk.

Obtaining Your Records

We are happy to get records for you, but it may be faster for you to get copies for yourself.  People do it all the time. Having personal copies of medical records may be helpful for after hours emergencies.

How To Obtain Your Records

First Step

Ask for a release of information form. This is available at all clinics and hospitals.

Second Step

Be sure to list yourself as the recipient of records. Specify that you only need the Initial Evaluation and last one or two follow-up visits, if available.

You do not need the entire record.

Third Step

In the Reason For Record Request section write down "Personal copies for after hour emergencies or physician communication" as your reason to  request records.  Everyone should have copies of their medical records including a diagnosis list and medications anyway.  You never know when it will be needed.

You are done! You can usually return in a few days to pick them up. There is sometimes a small fee.

We are happy with a low volume clinic and really don't want to be THE medical marijuana doctor of Arkansas.  However those words do help with search engine optimization  without having to spend any money.
